Officials stated that a man in his late sixties was detained at a property in Andover, Hampshire, while a 54-year-old was arrested in the town of Slough in association with the massive heap of rubbish deposited near Kidlington. "Our government is pledged to eradicating this type of criminality throughout the nation, by boosting funds to tackle illegal dumping, hiring more staff and enacting tougher measures and penalties for those who break the rules."
