Looking Ahead The player stated that the dressing room atmosphere remained positive. “He was his usual self, his demeanour was positive and we all treated him normally,” Jones added. He also noted that a teammate fighting for a place is preferable. “I get that there are certain ways you can handle situations,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just sit out, then I think that’s a bigger problem.” Positive Results The team's performance have remained strong in the matches since the initial controversy.
